This was a pretty good beer. Though it was much darker than a Blonde ale should be. It also didn’t have the funky Belgian character that you would expect. Certainly doesn’t stand up to Avery’s Salvation. Now thats a good one!

On Aug 13th, I moved the beer into a secondary fermenter. The plan is to bulk age it there for about a month. The final gravity was 1.016 which puts it at about 6.7% ABV.
