Prototype Gets a Spot on the Pragmatic Bookshelf

Prototype has gotten a new home in the Pragmatic Bookshelf. This book has a wealth of information about both Prototype and script.aculo.us. It comes complete with many code examples. Though it is still in it’s early stages, I expect it be to a high quality read just like the other Pragmatic Books.

Nice, I’ll have to check it out. Have you read The Pragmatic Programmer yet?

Yes, The Pragmatic Programmer is great. I have also really enjoyed reading Practices of an Agile Developer. It covers many topics that I tend to over look. It is a great reminder to produce quality work and to avoid shortcuts.

There is a fine line between a generic flexible UI and a crappy one:

Got the Chocolate Raspberry Stout in the fermenter. I can't wait to taste it.

Just poured out 10 Liters of overly-carbonated, accidentally-alcoholic, plastic-flavored, homemade root beer. Lessons learned: 3!
